Apex Family Practice and Urgent Care's mission is to be as convenient and accessible as possible for our patients. Apex Family Practice and Urgent Care is a full-service family practice. In our clinic we perform physical exams, sports physicals, Pap Smears, EKGs, administer immunizations and injections, treat and follow chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension. Apex Family Practice is unique, as it offers weekend office hours, as well as walk-ins, to accommodate our patients.
